About the event
Winter Survival Training:
We'll be practicing winter survival skills with an overnight stay in nature. We're guaranteed not to freeze to the ground. Test your gear and learn how to set up shelters using tarps/sheets.
You will be safely guided through an overnight stay in nature during winter and learn how to protect yourself from the elements and what to consider. The course also includes:
- How do I protect myself from the weather with natural materials? Learn different cold protection techniques.
- plant and animal emergency food from nature
- Fire generation
- Prevention of a survival situation and how I can best prepare for it
- Water treatment
- Handling the knife
- Bushcraft skills
Target group: From 12 years of age with parents (under 18 with parental consent)
For advanced users
Important: Equipment appropriate for the weather. Sleeping bag, sleeping mat, clothing, etc.
