Winter Survival Overnight (EN)

Winter Survival Training:

This one-day course (in English) with an optional overnight stay, teaches you the basics of survival in winter. You will get the chance to test your equipment and get recommendations on gear that’s suited for cold conditions. You will also learn techniques on how to stay warm, how to make fire in adverse conditions and how to build a shelter that protects you against the cold.

These include the following key points:

• Preventing a survival situation

• How to protect yourself from the weather

• Bushcraft tips

• Fire knowledge and preparation

• Water treatment

Important:

For those of you that want to stay overnight, it’s important to bring a good sleeping bag and insulation mattress and wear clothes and shoes that keep you warm. This also can be rented from us.

We will provide you with a detailed packing list once you’re registered for the course.
